The project provides pedestrian and bicyclists facilties and enhancements, trafic operation and circulation improvements in Downtown. The improvments include adding raised intersections with bulb outs, parklets, pedestrian plaza, lightning, street furniture, streetscape, bike racks, signage, wayfinding and converting Williams Ave S and Wells Ave S to two-way trafic operations. This contract will provide for the environmental documentation and permitting support

desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with Cowling & Company LLC DBA Widener & Assoc,
and executed on _______ and identified as Agreement No. _C-A-G_--2_0-_0_9_5 ________ _
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows: Supplement # 1 $34,977.15 for tasks 6 & 7
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
