The storm connection was installed and inspected by Tom yesterday at Canyon Terrace. The private storm easement between lots 3-7 was dropped in the mail yesterday to be recorded at King
County. It's my understanding at this time that the items listed below have been addressed and the building permits can be released. Please let me know otherwise. Thank you,

Good morning Marissa,
It was brought to my attention today that the retaining walls and drain pipes were installed today at the Canyon Terrace Plat, for Lots 3-7. Our City inspector was not notified of this
installation and was unable to verify that the installation was performed correctly.
In addition, since the drain pipes are integral to the retaining walls, we need private storm easements to allow the homeowners (lots 3-7) to be able to service these lines in the event
of a failure. Normally, these private easements are secured during the plat process, but because this wall was added after platting, you will need to record these private easements
individually with the County.
I will need these issues to be resolved before I can approve any building permits for these 5 lots. Please let me know if you have any questions,
