(REFERENCE 1) WAS HELD FOR THE GEOMETRY OF THE COMMERCIAL WATERWAY AND
BRONSON WAY NORTH, MILL AVE S, AND S 2ND STREET AND WAS ROTATED TO STATE
PLANE COORDINATES USING CITY OF RENTON CONTROL POINTS.
THE LOCATION OF WALLA WALLA AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF THE TOWN OF
RENTON WAS CALCULATED FROM INFORMATION CONTAINED IN DEEDS RECORDED UNDER
RECORDING NUMBERS 3055761 AND 3069040. THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY MARGIN OF
HOUSER WAY NORTH WAS ALSO CALCULATED FROM THESE DEEDS.
