The SDC Fees are for City of Renton only. We are the water service provider for your project site.
I am glad you are not starting work now, the weather will make erosion control very tedious and expensive. Once the fees are paid and the bond is submitted to me, I can schedule a pre-construction
meeting with our inspector, you and your contractor to go over any questions or concerns.
Make sure you identify who your Certified Erosion Control Specialist will be on-site, because they will need to provide me weekly reports on the erosion control status on-site.

I have couple questions:
Is the Water FSDC fees include the fees from kennydale water district ?
I want to start construction of Vault in Feb 2021. I will not be doing any clearing or grading at that time. I will demo the existing structure (once demo permit is issued) and use that
area as staging area for dirt from the digging for vault. There is existing drive way to the vault site eliminating any muddy runs to the street. I am using ARH associates Inc to build
the vault who had done couple projects for me in the past. Greg Lasko and his team at ARH associates Inc are very professional when it comes to doing the projects with this kind of
topography.
Please advise of your thoughts.
