This letter is written on behalf of the City of Renton’s Planning Department to advise you that the Staff Report to
the Hearing Examiner of the subject project was prepared and submitted to the Hearing Examiner on January
26, 2021. A copy of the Hearing Examiner Report is immediately available:
• Electronically on City of Renton website at https://www.rentonwa.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=11108536,
and can be easily accessed under Community and Economic Development Land Use Files, or,
• For purchase at a copying charge of $0.15, 8½ x 11 per page. The estimated cost for the Hearing Examiner
Report is $8.55, plus a handling and postage cost of $2.00 (this cost is subject to change if documents are
added)
