With over two decades of civil engineering experience, Jeremy has worked
extensively with private land owners, real estate professionals, and land
developers in the entitlement and development of properties throughout
the Puget Sound region. He understands the permitting processes and
technical challenges involved with site development and infrastructure
improvements within a dense urban environment. Jeremy has worked
successfully with numerous public agencies to clarify and negotiate
development requirements and permit approvals.
Northgate Mall Redevelopment and NHL Facility, Seattle, WA
Principal-in-Charge for redevelopment of 40 acres of the Northgate Mall site
and construction of new NHL headquarters, and public and team ice rink
facilities in North Seattle.
800 Mercer, Seattle, WA
Principal-in-Charge for a new three-acre development in South Lake Union.
The innovative mixed-use coordinated development will include two 13-story
office/laboratory towers and a 30,000 SF community center, along with
restaurants, retail space, bike lanes, and a new pedestrian connector.
Lakepointe Redevelopment, Kenmore, WA
Site infrastructure planning for a new 40-acre mixed-use project with
numerous site challenges including multi-modal traffic management involving
King County, Kenmore, and WSDOT, shoreline development, contaminated
soils, and massive existing King County Metro infrastructure on-site.
Solera Master Plan, Renton, WA
Civil Principal-in-Charge for entitlement and permitting of a 10-acre
redevelopment of an existing strip mall to create 150 new townhome units,
a senior housing apartment building, and a mixed-use retail and residential
apartment building for three owner/developers.
Proctor Willows Master Plan, Redmond, WA
Principal-in-Charge for comprehensive plan amendment, re-zone, and master
plan approval of a 450-unit mixed-use residential development. The project
includes arterial road improvements in the City of Kirkland and Redmond, new
trail construction, and protection and enhancement of critical areas and buffers.
