Subject: REVISION REQUEST
Crompton LLA / LUA20-000298, LLA
Dear Ms. Crompton:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment for the
subject properties located at 3623 Lincoln Ave NE (APN 3345700245 and 3345700225).
The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. Update reference numbers on the Lot Line Adjustment Map according to the
attached memo. Add LUA20-000298, LND30-0420 and update year where
appropriate.
2. Update error on sheet 1 of the Lot Line Adjustment Map to reflect Parcel C.
3. Include a note on the Lot Line Adjustment Map stating that “House addresses will be
assigned during the application process for development. The existing house
address may be revised in the future to meet City addressing standards.”
Once the changes, as noted in the attached memo, have been made please submit a copy of
the revised lot line adjustment to me. The revised plans will be routed for final review and you
will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final signed documents. If you have any
