Final decision of the RHI Investor's appeal attached. The Renton City Clerk's Office will be formally distributing the decision and that distribution should be used for purposes of
setting the LUPA appeal deadline. The attached is provided to maximize the time the parties have to conform with the deadlines set in the Decision.

Please be advised my decision on the RHI appeal will be delayed to sometime next Monday, very likely before 5 pm. The City's on-line records were off-line a couple days earlier this
week and over last weekend due to technical issues so I didn't have access to the on-line recording of the hearing or some of the exhibits for the time I had scheduled to work on the
decision. I apologize for the delay.
