Finance Committee Chair O'Halloran presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the
following payments:
1. Accounts Payable – total payment of
$5,707,549.81 for vouchers, 10250-10256, 389816-
389820, 389832-390078; payroll benefit withholding
vouchers 6482-6493, 389821-389827, 389829-389831 and
one wire transfer.
2. Payroll – total payment of $1,405,718.94 for
payroll vouchers that include 557 direct deposits and 4
checks. (01/01/21-01/15/21 pay period).

BUSINESS
Finance Committee Chair O'Halloran presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the
change in the 2021-2022 adopted budget to reflect a
reduction of 2.0 FTE Solid Waste Maintenance Workers
and the addition of 2.0 FTE Maintenance Services Worker I
(Street/Solid Waste).

8.a) Ordinance for
second and final
reading:
Ordinance No. 6013: An ordinance was read granting
Extenet Systems, Inc., a Delaware Corporation authorized
to do business within the State of Washington, its
affiliates, successors and assigns, the right, privilege, and
authority to install communications facilities, specifically
fiber optic cable and related appurtenances, under, along,
over, below, through and across the streets, avenues and
alleys of the City of Renton within the Public Right-of-Way
of Renton.
