SUBJECT: Response to Accrete Ongoing PSE Deficiency
RE: Weatherly Inn – PSE Plan
Cobi,
RINO Construction (RINO) attended the PSE Preconstruction meeting as scheduled. During the
meeting we discussed the following Plan:
Onsite Work
3/1 – 3/2 – Excavate for Vaults “J01 and V01” (PSE to approve excavation after complete)
3/2 – 3/4 – Excavate JUT from J01 – V01 (Spoils will be handled onsite will be stockpiled
adjacent to the excavation. Layout will be coordinate with Accrete to avoid utilities and
Future Gas as we do not have plans for those.)
3/4 - 3/8 - Backfill JUT upon completion of conduit installation. Bring in sand for backfill as
needed for cover. Vaults to be delivered and set and tied into on 3/5 per latest email
from PSE today. Excess material displacement from trench to be exported.
Road Crossing Work
3/8- 3/9 - Sawcut Road and Excavate (Steel sheets and approved TCP) will be utilized on
roadway.
3/10 – 3/12 – Backfill, and restoration (curb)
3/15 – Complete restoration (weather dependent)
Note: All inspection coordination with PSE shall be the responsibility of Accrete.
Please reference SL# - RC-ACC-009 for RINO’s notice of protest for this work for which RINO
has reserved its rights for an equitable adjustment in contract sum and time.
