To Whom it May Concern,
As the applicants and owners of the site noted in the location above, we are not aware of any
geological incidents at or near the property. Our primary residence was constructed in 1966 and
there is no indication of damage from geological events. Regardless, the applicants understand
and accept the risks of development of the property and will advise, in writing, any information
and/or knowledge of geological risk of the site to prospective purchasers of structures or
portions of structures on the site.
