Re: Hopkins Shed Variance
I live directly across the street from Susan (Sue) Hopkins and Marjorie (Mari) Lynn. Sue and
Mari live at 15005 132nd Ave., SE and my property is immediately south of theirs at 15004
132nd Ave., SE.
I understand that Sue and Mari are requesting a variance to keep a storage shed in its current
location on their property. Because I live directly across the street from them, I have a full view
of their house and the shed. I understand there may be a concern about the appearance of this
building. Since moving to the neighborhood in 2015, I've always been impressed by the work
they do on their house and yard to keep it highly attractive, and the addition of the shed is no
exception. As I am the neighbor who would be most impacted visually by the shed, I want to
confirm that I have no objection to it being on the property and in its current location.
