Dear Renton City Counsel, Although you have decided to allow the folxs currently housed in the Red Lion to stay, please know that the city is watching you and urge you to allow them to stay indefinitely. We are in the midst of a recession and a pandemic. These people are our neighbors, our family. We have a responsibility to keep them safe, to keep them warm, to give them shelter. The risk of sending them out on the streets is that they freeze to deal the. We cannot let this happen. Please have humanity, have compassion. Thank you, Anna Clausen Williams
