Please have the bravery to stand against King County. The first priority should be to your residents and businesses in the area. I am a multiple property owner in Downtown Renton and business owner. In the last months my properties have been defecated on repeatedly, graffiti, I have caught a man setting an outdoor fire that caught a structure on fire, I have been spat on, and two nights ago my property was broken into by two men. The list goes on…… The residents at the Red Lion spill over into Downtown and have caused problems. King County has empty promises and programs. Housing the addicted and mentally ill with little to no services is and will continue to be a danger to our community. You can not trust King County. Covid is a smoke-screen to hide an addicted and mentally ill population. This in large part is not a homelessness problem. Dave Smith 206.660.8408 LR - 000792
