Good Morning,
We are willing to drop the following fines for the appeals to:
21-000048 251 Sunset Blvd. N. Kathy Wester Donut Shop
20-000604 225 Sunset Blvd. N. Cash America Pawn
The owner/property managers must agree to monitor their own properties for
graffiti and no rely on the city to do so for them. If the graffiti re-appears we
will send notice again and if the graffiti is not removed in the allotted time
frame we will fine each property $250.00.
