Supplementary Report:
At the client’s request, ESNW rep was onsite to observe and test HMA paving in Talbot Road South at the
Weatherly Inn development.
Asphalt Testing
ESNW rep. observed the contractor placing to final lift 6” HMA asphalt. The asphalt was compacted with a drum
roller and vibratory sled compactor. Compaction tests indicated an adequate compaction of at least 92% of
the RICE number in tested locations.
ESNW rep will return to observe earthwork activities when requested by client
