Hello,
I serve as the City of Renton Hearing Examiner and have been assigned to adjudicate your
code compliance appeals, attached. Per an email from Donna Locher, a city code enforcement
officer, the City is willing to dismiss the City's Notices of Violations filed against you if you
take responsibility for removing any future graffiti on your property. If you are the owners of
the properties in question, you already have that responsibility under City regulations in any
event. If these terms are agreeable to you I will enter orders of dismissal. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

I have 2 code compliance appeals (America Pawn & Kathy Webster) and an email from
Donna Locher at the City saying they are willing to dismiss the charges. Should I schedule
these appeals? What do you suggest?
