While reviewing your materials, I realized that there were some out of date/inconsistent materials from your original submittal. I spent some time compiling all of the different things
we spoke about through the changes you had been considering and your original submittal items and put them together in the attached permit package. This permit package reflects the
request of a 6’ tall composite fence that is tangential to your property line as well as your requested planting plan.
Can you please take a look at the package and confirm that all of the statements are true?
Once you send back your confirmation, we will send out an “off hold” letter to get your project moving forward and you should be hearing from us shortly after with a decision.
