Attached are the documents you requested. One of the attachments is the bond info that was setup for the old
construction permit. Are we able to use this bond for this new permit since the majority of the construction is already
completed?
I've also dropped off the check with the invoice into the City Hall mailbox on Saturday 3/13/21.
The City of Renton Business license was renewed and filed with FileLocal on 3/13/21.

The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting:
· Receipt of the required Surety Device
o Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Civil Permit Page - See Permit Documents
Section
o Required surety amount: $13,805.55
· Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (See City
Website)
· A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
· A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
· Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who will be
responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
