SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Hopkins Shed Variance / LUA21-000076
Dear Ms. Hopkins,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on March 4, 2021.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before June 8th, 2021 so that we may continue the review of
the above subject application:
1. Utilities Plan: Additional information is needed regarding the existing utilities on site to explain the
existing source of incoming water as well as the destination of the resulting wastewater. Staff will need
to review a Utilities Plan noting the current utility placements and plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets etc.) as
well as a separate plan noting the proposed utilities and proposed plumbing fixtures to remain.
2. Updated Site Plan: There appears to be additional impervious surfaces located on site that were not
mentioned in the initial submittal materials. In order to evaluate your impervious surface co verage, Staff
will need an updated Site Plan noting all of the existing impervious surfaces on site as well as the square
footage of those surfaces. Please submit a separate site plan showing the proposed impervious surfaces
that will result at the end of the proposed project. This includes future intended improvements to the site
or structures to be removed.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at bgillia@rentonwa.gov if
