I serve as the hearing examiner assigned to adjudicate your code enforcement appeal, File No. CODE19-000584. Per the email chain below, the City has requested that I dismiss your appeal
as untimely. If you would like, you can respond to the request for dismissal by email to the parties of this email by 5:00 pm, 4/19/21. For your information, Renton Municipal Code
Section 1-3-2E2a governs the deadline for filing appeals of Notices of Violation as follows:
Timeliness: Any appeal of the Administrator’s decision must be filed and served within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issuance of the decision. An appellate petition or motion is
barred, and the court may not grant review, unless the petition is timely filed with the court and timely served on the City.

Attached is the Warning of Violation that is being appealed. The Warning is dated March 15, 2021, making the appeal date deadline March 30, 2021.
The appeal is dated April 2, 2021, making it three days past the appeal deadline and received by the city on April 4, 2021, making it five days past the appeal deadline.
Attached are photos of the property taken today.
