Cedar River Trail Closure Plan
Project activities occurring in the vicinity of Cedar River Trail include aerial line removals and restringing of the line.
If temporary trail closures are needed during removal and restringing of the aerial lines,
these will be either intermittent closures or continuous closure, depending on the Contractor's preference. These closures are expected to be short in duration, typically hours at a time; and may occur late at night.
There are no feasible detours.
Signage (posted in advance for closures) will be provided as necessary during construction and restringing of the lines.
Tapeworm MTB Trail Closure Plan
The majority of the existing mountain bike trails are located on the west side of Beacon Way S, and will be unaffected during project
activities (see Figure 2).
Construction vehicles will access the project area using Beacon Way S. Access for pedestrians and recreationists would be
preserved to the extent possible during construction, and foot traffic control provided if necessary for public safety.
If temporary road or trail closures are needed
during restringing of the aerial lines, these will be either intermittent closures or continuous closure, depending on the Contractor's preference. These closures are expected to be short in duration, typically
hours at a time; and may occur late at night. There are no feasible detours.
Signage (posted in advance for closures) will be provided as necessary during construction

Tapeworm MTB Trail Closure Plan
The majority of the existing mountain
bike trails are located on the west side of Beacon Way S, and will be unaffected during project activities (see Figure 1).
Construction vehicles will access the project area using Beacon Way S. Access for pedestrians and recreationists would be preserved to the extent possible during

If temporary road or trail closures are needed during restringing of the aerial
lines, these will be either intermittent closures or continuous closure, depending on the Contractor's preference. These closures are expected to be short in duration,
typically hours at a time; and may occur late at night. There are multiple existing trail access points that would remain open; however, the trail access along Beacon Way S. and
trails below the existing transmission lines (clouded) may require closures. There are no feasible detours.
Signage (posted in advance for
closures) will be provided as necessary during construction and restringing of the lines.
