Dear Alex,
On behalf of Mainvue WA, LLC, we are submitting the formal application for a Preliminary Short Plat of the
property referenced above. The project is proposed as a preliminary short pl at of eight (8) residential lots
that will be developed with eight (8) single-family homes and tracts for landscaping and future Lot Line
Adjustments for encroachments. Existing utilities serve the site, including water, sewer, power, natural gas,
telephone, and cable.
This submittal is provided as a complete application for the permit reviews noted above with all items listed
in the submittal checklists, as applicable. As listed in the Submittal Requirements Checklists for Preliminary
