Nicole,
As previously discussed the frontage plans (including utilities) for 1106, 1108 and 1112 N 34th St required a civil
construction permit due to the storm line relocation. In addition to the frontage plans Briana sent on 4/5, I extracted the
necessary files from the building permit applications (TIR, bond quantity worksheet, private storm easement) which I
reviewed. The plans have been approved as noted and the stamped documents can be downloaded at the link below.
