CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION DESCRIPTION
Project Location:
13016 156th Ave SE.
Renton, WA 98059
i. The proposed approximate construction start date will be Summer/Fall 2021 with
an approximate completion timeline of 6 months.
ii. Hours of construction operation will be Monday through Friday, between 7:AM and
5:PM.
iii. The proposed hauling and transportation route is north on 158th Ave SE, west on SE 128th
St./NE 4th St, then onto I-405.
iv. Water trucks, street sweepers and any other requirements deemed necessary will be
implemented to minimize construction impacts.
v. There are no anticipated weekend, late night or holiday work hours proposed for the
construction or hauling at this time.
vi. Flag persons will be employed and signs will be installed for traffic control, when necessary.
WSDOT Standard Traffic Control Plan is attached. Methods will be adapted to the proposed
construction and route.
