• E-Mail & correspondence with Marla Corey-Loiola dated 8/18/20

Fumish labor, equipment and materials to install new 1,000gl UL 2085 AST & Day tank (provided by others),
piping and appurtenances.
• Installation of Tank (provided by others) & tank top equipment, spill container, overfill prevention valve,
venting etc.
• Provision and Installation of additional transition sumps and entry boots.
• Furnish and install new piping from new tank to new day tank. (Day Tank supplied by others).
• Assist in proper coverage of underground piping with pea -gravel.
• Proposal includes purging and testing of piping once installation is completed.
• Testing and coordination with inspections.
• Provide and install a High level and Leak Alarm console. (Electrical by others)

Labor rate increases account for $10,625 increase in costs.
Material increases are harder to hammer down in our estimate form but typically we assume 3% increase year over
year. With our materials costs that would be an increase of—$1,300 year over year.
