Hi Theresa,
I spoke with Doug earlier about the project and answered his questions. He had asked if I could provide
the plans for construction and suggested emailing them to you. I have attached the plans to 75%
completion. These might deviate slightly once we get to construction, but should give you and Doug a
better understanding of what the project entails.

Hi Jill,
This is more a personal email than work related. We live on 15258 150th Ln which is adjacent to the
Madsen Creek Improvement project LUA21-000147. We (Doug French and I) also have the parcel on the
river near the creek exit into the Cedar River. The question we have is where are you going to stage
construction? We have a locked gated lane that we share with King County to the river parcel. We have
seen the flooding from this creek many times and are wondering if you are going to divert a channel at
the end of the creek – many times the river is full and at the same time that this creek is trying to dump
water into the river which causes the flooding. The diversion would help distribute the water
downstream. If you have a minute can you call me or Doug 206-235-6583.
