Electrical Code prior to being energized.

7.Final Inspection:
Final Street Lighting Inspection for Project By
Electrical Inspector once street lighting has
been energized.
Inspection 5: Typical inspection items reviewed during Maintenance Inspection: conductor size, insulation, type;
electrical service panel (including address); grounding and connections; wire/splices/fuses; fixture
and associated parts; poles and plumb/nut covers; decorative pad around vault; street lighting pole
locations; pole numbers; and check for damage. Meg reading may be required.
Inspection 6: Following inspection, electrical contractor is required to submit application to PSE to energize the
street lighting. PSE application (201E) may be found at the following website:
