Finance Committee Chair O'Halloran presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the
following payments:
1. Accounts Payable – total payment of $4,868,658.78
for vouchers, 10284-10288, 391618-391628,
391638-391864; payroll benefit withholding
vouchers 6554-6565, 391629-391637 and two wire
transfers.
2. Payroll – total payment of $1,448,032.91 for payroll
vouchers that include 565 direct deposits and 3
checks. (04/01/21-04/15/21 pay period).
3. Municipal Court vouchers 017820-017845 totaling
$17,455.99

Finance Committee Chair O'Halloran presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the
construction contract with Landscape Structures Inc. in the
amount of $500,967.18 for the Liberty Park Playground
Replacement. The Committee further recommended that the
Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the contract.

BUSINESS
Finance Committee Chair O'Halloran presented a report
concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute the System Access Fund Project
Agreement with Sound Transit for the obligation of $700,000 of
grant funding and all subsequent agreements necessary to
accomplish the South 7th Street Corridor Improvements Project.
