As you know, I emailed the Permit Tech yesterday morning letting her know that Lisa Walker
has not contacted me about the sewer plans submittal. I asked for Lisa’s phone number and
email address, but I have not received a reply so far.

Hello,
We have a sewer plan that needs to be reviewed for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (Permit
Tracking #B20000454). We are not sure what permit to apply for to get this private sewer
connection reviewed. We are assuming a straightforward side sewer permit, but there is a
small pump station that will also be installed with this sewer connection. Please let me know
if we should apply for a side sewer permit or other permit.
