Dear Mr Thomas,
Thank you so much for meeting us today and patiently answering all of our questions. I really
appreciated it.
I would like to request a variance on the fire access road for the ADU at 8031 S 130th St,
Seattle WA 98178 to install a sprinkler system inside the ADU and the garage and to widen
and pave the driveway to 12-feet unobstructed width in lieu of 20-feet unobstructed width
with turning radius of 25-feet inside within 150 feet of all points on the building.
