Hello Ann,
Attached are the plans for connecting the house and ADU.
Could you please check:
Grinder pump on page two
Verify that Easement on 8035 S 130th is recorded for the sewer access.
I have the sewer permits ready.
Since the permits were created in February of 2020 I have gone in and updated
for the 2021 SDC fees (with the ADU discount).
We could issue the house connection now and the ADU later, or they can do all
of it later at the same time.
House - 8031 S 130th ST
SS20000923 - Stub
SS20000870 - S.S.
ADU - 8029 S 130th ST
W20000865 - 1" service
W20000867 - Drop in 1"
SS20000868 - S.S.
SW20000869 - Storm
Let me know if the grinder pump and easement are okay.
After that I will just need payment of the fees and to know which contractor
will be doing the work.

Hello Holly,
I have been directed to you about the private sewer connection plan review for the Kousoum ADU
(B20000454). We just need to know what permit to apply for so we can get the sewer plans
reviewed. There is a small sewer pump installation involved (see attached plans). Would we apply
for a side sewer permit?
