(including water,wastewater,and svrface water)with neoessary a�urtenances over,under,through,across

For the puipose af oonstruding,rxonstructing,installin8.��.�P�B.enlazging,operating and
maintaining utilities and utility pipelines,including,but not limited W,water,sewer and stoim drainage lines,
together with the right of ing�+eess and eg[ess thereto without prior institution of any suit or proceedings of law
and without incvmng airy legal obligation or liability therefor. Following the initial construction of its
facilities,Grantee may from rime to time construct�ch additional facilities as it may require. This easement
is granted s�ject bo the follawing terms and conditions:
