To facilitate the closeout of this award, please complete and sign the “Grant Recipient Closeout Certification” portion of this letter and forward to: city-chamber- cbo.grants@kingcounty.gov. PLEASE RESPOND WITHIN 5 WORKING BUSINESS DAYS, by Wednesday, May 26, 2021. An official copy of this notification will go in the Grantee’s award file King County. Nonresponse is considered acceptance and agreement to this certification. Please note that the subject award with City of Renton was de-obligated from an allocation of the coronavirus relief fund, as created in section 5001 of H.R. 748, of the CARES Act. An updated FAIN table has been included in this letter for your reference. Due to King County’s administrative action to shift the subject award allocation, the City of Renton’s award is no longer included in the City of Renton’s schedule of federal expenditures reported on the SEFA or subject to the Single Audit Requirement detailed in the original award agreement.
