Thank you for the reminder and follow up regarding this.
We will need to issue a revision to the civil plans for the water change. I am happy to process it but before doing so I am concerned about the changes shown to the parking stalls. I
looked at the building permit plans and the parking layout is different between the two plans. Given that the parking is site walks would fall under the building permit this portion
of the revision should be processed as part of a building permit revision.
I propose a couple of options for the water change:
1. I can accept/review the whole civil plan set and would put a comment over all parking changes that state something to the effect of parking shall be per the approved building plans
2. I can accept/review only civil plan sheet C3.00 as this contains the water change
3. You could revise the plan sheets to show the parking changes (stalls, ADA, signage, etc.) in lightweight line font to indicate it is not part of the civil scope.
I prefer option 1 but want to help you with what is going to work well on your end also, let me know if you have a preference or an alternate suggestion.
Also as a reminder the civil permit, although approved, is not issued for construction. We will still need the items listed below:

I wanted to touch base as I had not heard back yet. We have the building permit in hand as of today and wanted to check again if the civil permit will require a re-review. Only the

Hope you’ve been well. I wanted to touch base on the approved 947 Powell Civil drawings and revised scope. The building floor plan was revised and the location of the sprinkler riser
room has moved to now directly west of the new exterior vault location. This will be a more direct run for the underground sprinkler service line. The building plans are already in
for a plan revision review but I wanted to check if this will require a Civil review? If so, I can resubmit it as a correction with the correct paperwork.

The first 22 feet of the side sewer, beginning at the main, is concrete but it’s in good condition. The remainder of the side sewer is PVC and is in great shape. It would be nice to
have the concrete portion lined and a new ROW cleanout installed however, this looks like a tenant improvement which would not trigger this requirement so, they are approved to re-use
the existing side sewer as-is.

The submittal for permit C20002743 (947 Powell) has been Approved with Comments. The approved construction plans for the referenced project have been signed and are ready for printing.
The plans are attached for your records. Please print one copy (22”x34”) of the signed plans and bring them to pre-construction meeting for the City inspector.
I didn’t realize we hadn’t received the bond quantity worksheet (BQWS) until now. In order to evaluate the final invoice amount and determine the surety I will need the BQWS in both

and surety amount known however I want to give you the opportunity to gather the other required items while I generate the invoice and surety amounts. Once all of the following has
been received we can schedule a pre-construction meeting which will be held in the field at the project site. The installing contractor (wet tap contractor is not required) at a minimum
is required but others are welcome. Prior to the meeting I will be sending out notes and request an email acknowledging they were received and read.

* The Invoice for the Civil Construction Permit must be paid and will be determined upon reciept of the bond quantity worksheet
Please note that after hours inspections and work performed by City crews will be billed at $125/hr. (Applies to inspections performed on Saturdays, Sundays, observed city of Renton
holidays, and non-holiday Monday – Fridays outside the hours of 7am to 3:30pm)
