Updated Proposed Timeline below:
Lease (F) 12/31/2021
Zoning Submit (F) 7/7/2021

CX Complete (F) 5/31/2022
As an alternative, we are also talking to the same property owner about ground space only for collocating antennas on a wood PSE utility pole– this is our back up..
As an aside, there is extensive work being done to this building, and they have redesigned their remodel which required the additional permits – which we have heard are approved now.
The need for the cell-on-wheels is directly tied to the ability of CITC to finish their project.
The cell-on-wheels is only necessary due to the fact that CITC has not started their project, and that the reason they have not started their project is due to circumstances outside
of their control (and not due to waiting on permit issuance).

I just spoke with my manager regarding our conversation earlier. We concluded that we’d like to have something in writing (email or updated project narrative is fine) indicating your
clients updated timeline and goals for the site. In addition, it should indicate that the need for the cell-on-wheels is directly tied to the ability of CITC to finish their project.
I believe the project narrative states that the building owner is waiting on the City for permits, however, they do have issued permits and therefore the ball is in their court. To
conclude, we just need it be made extremely clear that the cell-on-wheels is only necessary due to the fact that CITC has not started their project, and that the reason they have not
started their project is due to circumstances outside of their control (and not due to waiting on permit issuance).

(which will have an interior equipment room that will need to coordinate with the owner’s remodel), as well as the city’s approval and modification of the site approval.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have an idea when the permanent site will be come online? I realize you weren’t originally involved with the project, but as you know, we’re concerned
about the fact that a temporary facility originally proposed to be operated for six months is now going on three and a half years. Please include as much information as possible about
the permanent site when you submit, as we’ll need it for justification if we are to approve another temporary facility. I expect a significant number of neighborhood comments after
we publicly notice the application.
Once you have everything ready for submittal, please feel free to email over the documents. If everything looks good, I will send you the invoice for the application fee.

After some big changes in the CISC project design that impacts the permanent site, I am preparing the TUP application for the existing COW for submittal this week.
Are you using an online system for TUP’s? I know the permit center is closed but I did not see any zoning permits listed in the online system.
