a)The Commission welcomed Srent Beden as a new Civil Service Commissioner appointed by the Mayor
bJ Chief Milosevich pravided notification that the Police Department has a candidate on their Entry Leve!
Police Qfficer Eligibility List that was home schooled but didn't have a degree. He went on ta graduate
with a four year degree but he never received a high schoo!degree or equivalent. The RCW states that
he wauld need to have a high school degree or equivalent prior to being hired. The Chief,was gaing ta
keep him on the list but not hire him until he earns his GEa and passes the background process.
