that the agenda does not need ta.be approved at every meeting. The motion passed,

Shawn expressed a special thank-you to the volunteers that participated in the Sereior Revue.The
Senior Revue will be aired on Channel 21 at a later date.
Shawn had a check for the treasurer from Lotkie Calhoun in the amount of$150.�. �
The signage was put an the uan and consensus is it laaks realfy great.
Shav�n received a list from the Facility tc�tprovement Commi#tee and ane item was the much
needed reptacement of the cacd tables in various locations around the Senior Center.
Mark youf calendars we are participating at the Farmers Market on 3une 16�'.
The doors in the handicap stali in tFte men's restroom have been switched ocrt sa the door gaes
into the stall not out. An AD�expert carne out and approveci the change. -
Debbie is in Cheian gettin�ready for the State Conference. Shawn wiil be going over an 3'uesday
and on Wednesday Shawn and Kris wiN 6e doing a presentation on aur business pian.
Sean Ciagget wiii be in Tacama next Saturday and Sundayfarthe Speciai Qiympics

Mitt Tiede ask for confirmation that committee members had received his e-mail. I� was
confirmed that they had.
Charles Robinson ask if something could be done to stop the glare coming thru the windows in
the_Pool Room.Shawn said the windows have been tinted and the only other option would be to
put up blinds. Charles and Bill would prefer not having blinds. Shawn will inquire about a darker
tint on those windows. �
Charles also brought up the issue of a o�e way entrance sig�on the south end parking lot. There
is a lot of confusion with.entering and exiting at that entrance. Shawn has sent a request to Kelly
' Beamer and Kris regarding this issue. '
` ='�NEW BUSINESS—Sandy Polley visited the Kent Senior Center and observed that there restrooms
have grab bars in all there stalls. Sandy felt this was a great safety issue and brought it up for
consideretion. Mi{t Tiede asked about removal of the cabinet in the game room.
