Hi Alex,
Here’s the materials we have gotten together. I’m sure you have already be given the run down on what’s going on, but in case you haven’t we are moving a few trucks that are used for
a local moving company into the truck wells that were used for the old grocery store building. Once they are in the well, they won’t be visible at night and during the day the trucks
are gone. Attached is the application, its mostly blank because not much applied, but I am more than happy to add or adjust anything needed. We also attached a map of the property and
the new location of the trucks, it is the outlined red box. Lastly we have the description of the business by the owner. Please let me know anything else we can provide or help with.

Business is open from 630am to 6pm but we are only in the office 630am to 9am everything else is remotely.

Please find attached the Tier 2 Temporary Use Permit submittal requirements. Due to the type of proposal (operation of non-conforming use), we’ll only need a few of the submittal items.
The items we’ll need for our review are #3, 4 (attached), 6, 8 (see last page of submittal requirements), and 11. Key information to provide will be a site plan showing where the business
is located and where the trucks will be parked, as well as a project narrative describing the business and including information such as hours of operation, number of employees, number
and type of trucks used, etc.
When you are ready to submit, feel free to send over the documents via email and I will take a look to make sure we have everything we need. If you have any questions, please let me
