The Interagency Committee agrees to release King County of all responsibilities as Contractor under this contract and allow the County to transfer title of the Cedar River Stage I property (#75-026A) to the City of Renton. b. The City of Renton as signatory to this amendment agrees to accept the transfer of title to Cedar River Stage I (75-026A) from King County and enter into an agreement with the Interagency Committee to manage the subject property under the terms of the conditions contained in the above-referenced Project Contract. in all ether respects the Contract , to which this is an amendment , and the plans and sdecificatior.s relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
