The Project Contract identified above is amended as follows :
Subsequent to a transfer by King County of its interest in the above-referenced
project property to the City of Renton, who will manage the property as a
public recreation area under the terms of this contract, the Project Contract
identified above is amended as follows to transfer the responsibilities of
"Contractor":
a. The Interagency Committee agrees to release King County
of all responsibilities as Contractor under this contract
and allow the County to transfer title of the Cedar River Stage I
property (#75-026A) to the City of Renton.
b. The City of Renton as signatory to this amendment agrees to accept
the transfer of title to Cedar River Stage I (75-026A) from King
County and enter into an agreement with the Interagency Committee
to manage the subject property under the terms of the conditions
contained in the above-referenced Project Contract.
in all ether respects the Contract , to which this is an amendment , and the plans
and sdecificatior.s relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and effect. In
witness whereof the parties hereto have executed this amendment.

To accept the lands described herein and develop, maintain, and operate that
portion of the lands not used for the golf course as sports fields and
passive park uses including trails and picnicking; and to initiate such
development within five (5) years from the date of the acceptance of this
conveyance;
To reserve mutually agreeable blocks of time for athletic field use by
G7 sports organizations scheduled by King County Parks and Recreation Division;

Deeds of Right to Use and for public recreational purposes as granted by
King County to the State of Washington, the terms and conditions of which
may be found and are contained in said deeds recorded under Auditor' s File
Nos. 7801060531, 7801060532, and 7809120684.
The land described herein is hereby conveyed upon the condition that it
shall be used for public park and/or recreational purposes as provided for
in the Deeds of Right to Use for recreational purposes to which these lands
are subject.

successor shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the property
