Mob Subject: Ethier Road & Eagle Ridge Drive Right-of-Ways Revision. c Gentlemen: • RE����LW ' Due to adverse terrain it was impossible to construct the westerly p>4t, ' of Ethier Road within the dedicated right-of-way. Our engineers, tog- ,yt" with the City Engineer, developed a design that was technically acceptable and complied with the up-dated Master Plan for the area. The resulting street is named Eagle Ridge Drive and was constructed by Transamerica Development Company as an arterial associated with our multiple dwelling development. Eagle Ridge Drive presently extends approximately 3/10 of a mile from its beginning on Benson Road. The enclosed map presents a graphic display of this information. The property owners are dedicating the Eagle Ridge right-of-way to the City of Renton. Enclosed is a petition for vacation of the unused portions of the original Ethier Road right-of-way. There are no known utilities within these unused segments of right-of-way. It would be greatly appreciated if the City Council could act on these petitions as soon as possible. Our engineer will work out any technical details with your staff at their convenience.
