The permit was issued by the City of Renton on July 1, 2021. A Determination of Non-Significance was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on April 19, 2021. The appeal period ended May 3, 2021, no appeals of the threshold determination were filed. We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14- 090.
