Perotto Lifts
The proposed project is to install a new boat lift with a translucent canopy and a double
jet-ski lift for Gregory Perotto and Kristopher Bristow at 3905 Lake Washington
Boulevard North in Renton Washington. A shoreline substantial development permit and
environmental review are required from the City of Renton. The project site and adjacent
properties are zoned as R-6. The site is on the shoreline of Lake Washington. The
shoreline is armored with a rock bulkhead. The existing pier is a joint use pier that is
shared with two other parcels. The boat lift and canopy will be located approximately
14’ waterward of the ordinary high water mark on the south side of the pier. The boat lift
will be 14’ wide by 21’ long. The bunk of the boat lift will extend 18” above the
ordinary high water mark and the lift will sit on the lake bed of Lake Washington on foot
pads that are 18” by 24”. The proposed canopy will be made of translucent materials and
is 12’ by 39’. It will be attached to the proposed boat lift. The double jet-ski lift is 8’ by
10’ and will sit on the lake bed. The lake bed consists mostly of sand and gravel where
the lifts will be located. No dredging, fill, or excavation will be done for the project. The
estimated fair market value of the project is $35,000.
