1.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT UTILIZE THE BRIDGE OR AIRPORT ACCESS GATE WITHOUT PRIORAUTHORIZATION FROM BOEING SECURllY AND UNDER SECURllY SUPERVISION.
2.CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE THE WORK AREA WITH FOD/SECURllY FENCE FOR THE DURATION OFCONSTRUCTION. SECURllY FENCING SHALL BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF EXISTING SECURllYFENCING
3.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT IMPACT STALL OPERATIONS AT ANY TIME DURING CONSTRUCTION. IF STALLIMPACTS ARE REQUIRED THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE BOEING PROJECT MANAGER AMINIMUM OF 1 WEEK PRIOR TO NEEDING TO IMPACT OPERATIONS OR ACCESS THE STALL.
4.APRON D BRIDGE ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
5.THE TOWPATH FOR APRON D SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.
6.BOEING VEHICLE AND EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO BE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE AT ALL TIMES. UNLESSSHOWN IN THESE DOCUMENTS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ACCESS PLANS THROUGH THECONSTRUCTION PLANS AS REQUESTED BY THE BOEING PROJECT MANAGER.
7.MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THE 05-43 BUILDING (RESTROOMS) AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION.
8.FLAGGERS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT ALL CONSTRUCTION GATES AT ALL TIMES WHEN GATES AREUNLOCKED. ALL CONSTRUCTION GATES SHALL BE LOCKED AND SECURED OUTSIDE OF WORK HOURS.
9.METAL TRACKED EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE USED ON ASPHALT PAVEMENTS ON THE AIRPORT. ALLEQUIPMENT USED ON WITHIN THE SECURllY FENCING ON THE AIRPORT SHALL UTILIZE RUBBER TRACKSOR TIRES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPLACE OR REPAIR ALL ASPHALT PAVEMENT ON THE PROJECTSITE DAMAGED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF WORK SHOW IN THESE DOCUMENTS ASDIRECTED BY THE BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.

1.UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE BOEING PROJECT MANAGER THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ONLY HAVE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL OR PERSONNEL IN ONE PHASE AREA IDENTIFIED WITHIN THESE PLANS AT ANY ONE TIME.
2.THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED TO OPEN UP A PORTION OR ALL OF ANY CONSTRUCTION PHASING AREA AT THE DIRECT OF THE BOEING PROJECT MANAGER AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN BOEING SITE OPERATIONS.
3.IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WITHIN PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2 AND PHASE 4 AND PHASE 5 COULD HAPPEN CONCURRENTLY. WORK IN PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 SHALL NOT OCCUR CONCURRENTLY. NO WORK SHALL START IN A NEW PHASE OR PAIR OF PHASES OR IN ANY AREA OUTSIDE OF THE ACTIVE WORK AREA UNTIL ALL WORK IS COMPLETED IN THE CURRENT PHASE/WORK AREA AND THE PHASE/WORK AREA IS RETURNED TO ACTIVE BOEING STATUS UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED IN WRITING BY BOEING.
4.CONTRACTOR STAGING FOR WORK WITHIN PHASE 1 & 2 SHALL OCCUR IN THE PHASE 2 CONTRACTOR STAGING AREA. CONTRACTOR STAGING FOR WORK WITHIN PHASES 3, 4 & 5 SHALL OCCUR WITHIN PHASE 3 CONTRACTOR STAGING AREA UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
5.THE DEWATERING FACILITIES AND PIPELINE LOCATIONS SHOWN ARE RECOMMENDED OPTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THESE DEWATERING PLANS.
6.DEWATERING PIPELINES SHALL BE RIDGED WATER TIGHT GLUED OR FUSED PRESSURE RATED PVC OR HOPE PIPE.
7.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TRAFFIC RATED VEHICULAR RAMPS AS NEEDED TO PROTECT DEWATERING PIPELINES.
8.DEWATERING DISCHARGE HOSES SHALL HAVE WATER TIGHT CORRECTIONS AND SHALL ONLY BE IN PLACE DURING ACTIVE DISCHARGE AND SHALL BE REMOVED AS NEEDED AND DIRECTED BY BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TO MAINTAIN AIRPLANE AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ACROSS THE BRIDGE AND MAINTAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ALONG THE TRAIL.
9.CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WITHIN PHASE 1 AND PHASE 5 SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TO MAINTAIN STALL AND PAINT HANGAR ACCESS AT ALL TIMES.
10.LOW PROFILE BARRICADES SHALL BE PLACED BETWEEN THE WORK AREAS WITHIN PHASES 4-5 AND TAXIWAY B OUTSIDE OF WORK HOURS. BARRICADES SHALL BE IN PLACE UNTIL PAVEMENT WITHIN THOSE WORK AREAS IS REOPENED FOR TRAFFIC AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS OR REMOVED OR AS DIRECTED BY THE BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
