MATCH PROPOSED FINISHED GRADING
NOTES:
1. ALL STRUCTURE PENETRATIONS SHALL UTILIZE LINK SEAL CONNECTION. IF LINK SEAL
CANNOT BE UTILIZED DUE TO WALL THICKNESS OR PIPE ANGLES KOR-N-SEAL BOOTS
SHALL BE USED. KOR-N-SEAL BOOTS SHALL BE GROUTED PRIOR TO BACK FILLING
STRUCTURES.
2. ALL STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES SHALL HAVE THERE NAME ENGRAVED INTO THE LID,
GRATE OR HATCH AFTER INSTALLATION. ENGRAVING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
• SDMH/CBXX-20 (XX = SDMH/CB # IN PLANS)
• OWS-XX (XX = OWS # IN PLANS)
• LS-XX (XX = LS # IN PLANS)
• URE-XXX (XXX = URE # IN PLANS)
• RTU-XXX (XXX = RTU # IN PLANS)
3. OIL WATER SEPERATOR SHALL BE PRECAST AND SHALL MEET HS-25 LOAD RATING.
4. PROVIDE TEGRASEAL 1000 WATERPROOF MEMBRANE SYSTEM AROUND THE OUTSIDE
PERIMETER OF THE VAULT TO WITHIN 4' OF THE RIM ELEVATION.
5. PROVIDE VANDEX CRYSTALLINE WATERPROOFING TO INSIDE OF VAULT. VANDEX CRYSTALLINE
ADMIXTURES SHALL BE UTILIZED IN ALL GROUT/MORTAR USED ON THE VAULTS.
