RENTON HEARING EXAMINER

A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on August 10, 2021 at
11:00am by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Cedar River Apartments
LUA19-000161, ECF, SA-M, SSDP
Location: 1915 Maple Valley HWY(APN 1723059026)
Proposed five story building that includes 481 dwelling units and ground floor retail with a future
phase one story 25,000 square foot medical office building.

persons and public are encouraged to attend the meeting by using one of the methods listed below.
