The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal: 1. See the attached Technical Services comments. 2. Provide proof of authorization of behalf of the property owner, Safeway Inc., a Delaware corporation, as identified on the title report. Additional comments may arise with further review of th e revised documents. Once the changes, as noted in the attached memo, have been made; please submit three copies of the revised lot line adjustment to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final signed documents. The LLA as submitted does not meet King County recording standards and will need to be revised to meet the standards and clearly show the original and proposed linework. 2. Please add LUA21-000228 and LND30-0421. 3. The survey will need to be tied to the City of Renton control network. Currently the title block list Chelan County as the Basis of Bearing. 4. Will need City of Renton signature blocks that are required on LLAs. An example can be provided if not familiar with City requirements or may review latest recorded LLAs with King County. 5. LLA will require another review once submitted in City of Renton format and requirements.
