PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of
Ecology (ECOLOGY) and City of Renton (RECIPIENT) for the 2019-2021 Biennial Stormwater Capacity Grants
PROJECT).
The purpose of this amendment is to allow more time for the Recipient to fully use the grant funds. The original grant period end
date of March 31, 2021 is extended to June 30, 2021.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
