PURPOSE
Due to ongoing Covid-19 related construction delays, this amendment will extend the contract to
September 30, 2021 to ensure all work and federal labor standards documentation are finished and
properly invoiced.
A. STANDARD CONTRACT CHANGES
1. The end date of the contract is extended through September 30, 2021.
2. The Funding Table remains as-is.
B. EXHIBIT CHANGES
1. The end date for Exhibit III is extended through September 30, 2021.
2. Attachment A, Federal Award Identification is updated as follows the signature block
below.
