Dear Mr. Maul,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the December 4, 2019 letter from the
City. Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Cedar River
Apartments project. The resubmitted application documents can be viewed on the City’s Digital Records
Library linked here.
The Master Plan and Shoreline Substantial Development Permit will be scheduled for Environmental
Review Committee consideration following review of the resubmittal by City staff and agencies with
jurisdiction. The date, time and location for the Public Hearing on this matter has not been determined
at this time. City Facilities are currently closed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Please contact
